Group assignment

• All the devices that I have loaded show up on the main homepage with the correct room assignments. I’am also able to create groups. With one exception. One of the TVs ,in a room by itself , doesn’t show up on the list of eligible devices for grouping. What’s going on?

I understand that issues with managing speaker groups can be confusing but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help. 

Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried?
