So I have created about 6-7 google accounts for the purposes of having google home, nest aware plus and to obtain the smart home automation.
i am super frustrated with google because all of the google home accounts I managed to create have been hacked and deleted and none of the footage from any of the subscriptions have been able to be saved.
I literally was on the phone with customer service in Indonesia’s somewhere explaining that devices were being removed off of my account while on the phone with them and they made it seem like they didn’t know what to do.
I have numerous claims numbers with empty promises that someone was going to help I told them they are better off using these cameras as baby monitors not home security especially if they can’t safe guard their **bleep** from hackers. If you want a camera do yourself justice and go with ring at least they can safe guard their accounts.

I am just another Google Nest customer, but what is it that you want Google Nest Support to do? Security for Google Nest cameras and doorbells is at the Google Account level, where it is largely up to us to practice good security measures to prevent our account from being hacked.
