When an invited Home member logs into home.google.com using the same email they were invited with, shouldn't they be able to see the camera feeds there? I invited my adult son to the Home, and they can see the feeds via the iOS app, but not on home.google.com.

When your son accesses the home.google.com website, are they logged into the same Google Account in their browser that they are using to log into the Google Home app? If they hover over their photo or icon in the upper right corner of the home.google.com web page, it will show the gmail account they are using in their browser.

Hi @MplsCustomer, thanks. Yes, he's logged in to home.google.com using the same Google account that I used to invite him to the Home app.

I don't know why your son would not see the same cameras on the home.google.com website that they see when logging into the Google Home app. Maybe there's a problem if someone is logged onto more than one Google Account in their browser. Or maybe it's a problem with the particular browser your son is using. Or maybe they need to log out of their Google Account and then log back in. (These are all guesses.)

Okay, thanks. He's using the latest Chrome version, so that shouldn't be a problem. We'll try logging out and back in and see what happens.

I understand that you're having trouble signing in to the web app. I'm here to help you get back online. Just to check, have you tried using a different browser? Is this happening when you try to sign on to https://goo.gle/2UZL8VI using a different device? When you sign in, have you checked your settings and confirmed if it’s the same email address?
