Hi all,
I am trying since more then one year to connect my lg tv (OLED55A19LA) to my Google home account. The problem is that when I going to connect lg think to the app doesn't open the page to login in think and give the error that my lg thinkq app doesn't have any product connected (actually he can't know because I can't log in my account)

Sorry to hear about the trouble. I wanted to follow up and see if I could be of any help. A few things: are you using the Google Home app? If so, what is the exact message that you are getting? Could you send us a screenshot showing it? Below are the steps on how to upload a photo or video:
Also, you can tap the "Drag and Drop" option. Maximum attachment is 5 MB.
