Home away assist

I have had 1st gen camera for a while, home and away worked fine thru nest app.  Got doorbell and cameras thru home app.  All working fine. Nest and home app talking to each other, alls well. I changed my home wifi password and now home away assist doesn’t work.  I use a Samsung phone for location. I keep getting a message that says I’m using a different phone, but it gives the same model number as my phone and says if I switch, it will remove location off the phone and gives the same model number.  It’s like freaky Friday.  It can’t understand it’s the same phone.  Any idea how to fix this?  Thanks!
