Use presence sensing to auto turn on lights at sunset

Hi, attempted to use presence sensing to auto turn on lights at sunset when we were not at home. However the lights came on as soon as we left home despite it being several hours until sunset.Is it possible to set up so only come on a sunset? Thanks
