I found this post from 2022 and noone at Google apparently cared to support their paying customers!!

I've had a "Google Apps for your domain" setup (today GSuite) for the past decade. I've been paying month after month for more than 10 years, and the service we get keeps getting worse and worse!
You haven't improved ANYTHING since then!
We still can't rate apps on Play Store as "this is apparently not Google fault" and we still cannot use our personal email to sign up for Nest services BECAUSE WE PAY for the product?! What is even going on here?! Free users get a better service all around! Why am I even paying at this point?!
I am the Gsuite administrator. I am the owner of the domain! Why can I still not use my personal email to sign up for Nest? My new security cam will not work with "Hey Google" on either of our nests, but instead keep blasting tampon commercials from YouTube and maximum volume!
Can anyone with stripes on their shoulders look into this issue? Escalate it! FIX IT!!
I know this wont be taken seriously by anyone at Google!

Your best bet is to send feedback through the nest app / Google home app as that goes to the developers, this forum is made up of end users not Google employees.
