Hello Community. I have several Google Nest cameras connected via the Home App on iOS. The app and iOS are up to date. I'm seeing a red badge on the bell icon top right of the app. When I tap the bell to get to my inbox, it's empty. Refreshing the inbox does not present any messages. When I exit the inbox, the badge is cleared.
It seems to be firing whenever there is a notification event from a zone, but I'm not 100% sure that it is the trigger.
The empty inbox makes the notification badge useless and if it is firing from other events, then those events should be listed. Essentially, the badge is either a false positive or the events underlying the badge are not correctly listed in the inbox.
Seems like an app bug to me.
Anyone else have this problem or know about a solution?

Deleting and reinstalling the app seems to have resolved the issue. Thanks.

Am I correct in understanding that simply uninstalling and re-installing the app fixed this problem? I ask, because I'm having the same exact issue.
