Hon smarthome no se vincula

Hola!!!

Tengo una lavadora con la aplicación hon smarthome, la tenía vinculada a google home, per hace unos días se desvinculó, ahora da error al volver a vincularla, me sale que no se puede conectar, alguien que me heche una mano??

First, could you please tell me what steps you've already taken to try and relink the washing machine? Then, please answer the following questions:

  • When was the last time the washing machine was successfully linked to Google Home?

  • Have you made any recent changes to the Hon Smart Home app settings or the washing machine itself?

  • Could you please provide the exact error message you see when you try to link it?

  • Have you tried unlinking and relinking the washing machine from within the Hon Smart Home app?

  • Do you have the latest version of the Hon Smart Home app installed on your mobile device?

  • Are you using the same Google account in the Google Home app that you used when you first linked the washing machine?

  • Have you tried restarting your mobile device, your router, and the washing machine?
