How can I enable personalised results on Google Home using a business account?

I use a google small business account but can't access things like my calendar through my Nest display or google assistant. It says I need to ask my Google Workspace administrator to ask for permission. I am the administrator but I can't find any settings to enable it.

I apologize for my late response, and I appreciate your patience!

 

Are you still experience this issue?

Are you using a Google Workspace account?

 

I would recommend checking out this article on linking and using a Google Workspace account to the Google home app and follow the instructions within to enable the correct permissions. Note: Some Google Home app features are not available for Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) accounts. To access all Google Home app features available in your country, link a personal Gmail account instead.
