I Cannot get sync with home

 I cannot even see nest camera on my devices nor get ahold of a live support without the phone hanging up and no call back. Even after requesting if call fails or drop. I've only had for 3 days and I'm in the trail period for Google one & Nest aware.....I Cannot fix the issue and it's been more than 24hrs. Its frustrating because this is a BIG Security issue with my home. Can someone please fix this and thank you in advance

I understand issues with your camera can be confusing but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help.

Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried?
