Whenever I am viewing recorded footage from the nest app, if i rotate my phone to see full screen video i get signed out of the nest app and have to sign in again with my google account. This happens every time i rotate my phone to landscape , it says there was a problem connecting to the nest service. I can quit the app and relaunch to get back to my cameras or i can tap the button to sign in but either way I have to navigate back through my history of events to relocate the footage i need.
this makes the product worthless if i cannot see the footage in full screen.
