I am trying to access Nest 2.0 thermostat it in Google Home.  When I go to the settings it says "connected to app" and there is not an option to get entry key.  Google Home does not find the Nest thermostat when I search for devices.  They are on the same network.  It is a google mesh network.

Having issues with getting your device to appear in the app is not ideal, sorry this is the case. Let's jump in and ensure everything is good to go. Do you mind me asking, do you have the thermostat linked with the Nest app at all? Are you signed in to both apps using the same account? Please let me know, so I can take a closer look.
