Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I am very sorry to hear you're having trouble adding some smart lights to your Google Home App! It is possible that they may not be compatible. I would look into the light company to see if they show if its compatible.
