I cant link my Eufy app with Google Home… it show me an error message

I’m trying to link my Eufy App with Google Home (app that works with google) but after logging me with my Eufy user and password Google show me a message link conf and after that an error message. WHAT CAN I DO??? HELP PLS…

To help me troubleshoot the issue, could you please provide the following information?

• What version of the Google Home app are you currently using?
• Are you enrolled in the Public Preview version of the Google Home app?
• Were there any recent changes to your account or device setup before the issue began?
