I reset my nest to make it stop changing by itself and now it won’t connect back to internet.

Reset twice. Internet is working. Uninstalled app and reinstalled twice.  It just keeps saying that the app is not connected.

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. This sounds like a very frustrating situation for you! Sorry that you are going through it. I do need some clarification if possible:
  • When you say 'Reset twice', are you saying you have just restarted or turned off/on the camera twice? Or are you stating that you have Factory Reset it twice? 
  • If you haven't tried to factory reset it yet, I would suggest giving that a try if you have done additional troubleshooting steps.
  • I would also try moving your wifi closer to the camera, or vice versa to get a stronger connection.
