I set up my display yet it still says “almost done” and is telling me to complete setup in the app.

I’ve tried to reset the device multiple times, using different devices to complete setup, and connecting to different WiFi networks. 

I must also add the the display is showing up as available to cast from my phone as usual on Spotify and does play if chosen. The display just isn’t working.
