Connecting Google Home to Alexa

Just installed my Nest 4th gen. When I try and use Google Home to Link amazon to Alexa I get this error "the requested url /gha_next was not foundon this server. thats all we know" Everytime. Like the thermostate but the apps.....not so much.

Cannot add household user
