Hi , I have 3 smart light bulb from laser

I have downloaded the app and connected to the bulbs fine . Then I tried to add it onto my google home , add device > works with google> laser smart home . Login with my account and at the end it brings be back to google home and says : device has been added successfully however I cannot see it within google home. I have added other items like smart plugs and Nanoleaf to google home and it works fine … just this laser smart bulbs is giving me issue 😣😣😣😣 please help
