Leave Nest Field Test Program & Unlink Account

I used to field test for Nest (starting in 2016). My email address (Gmail) is still associated with the FT program. Because of this, I cannot use the production version of the app with my Google Account or link it to my Google Home. Also, the association with the FT blocks me from inviting any other accounts to my Google Home.

Can you please help me leave the Nest Field Test program and unlink my Google Account from it?

This user seems to have had the same exact problem. Like them, I receive the attached screenshot message when I try to log in to the production version of the app.

I've called your support center several times, and while your staff is very kind, they do not know where to route this request. 

Can you please help me?
