Light randomly turned on this morning - why did this happen?

A light in my 2 year old daughters room came on at 7am this morning for no reason.  Neither my wife nor I hit a button or used the app to turn it on.

Is there a log I can use in the nest app or google home app to be able to see what triggered this light?

How can I troubleshoot this, I'm concerned by how this could happen without us doing it.  Thanks

Thanks for reaching out and letting us know about your smart light concern. I'm committed to providing you with excellent customer service and will do everything I can to help you resolve this issue. Check the history of your Google Assistant and observe if a command was made to turn on the light at that time. See the steps below:

1. Open the Google Home app .
2. At the top right, tap your account.
3. Tap My Activity .

You can also try to refresh your devices and observe if it makes a difference. First, reboot your Wi-Fi router, and once the network is back up, do the same thing to your Google Nest speaker or display and lights.
