Mirabella Genio

I’m trying to add my Mirabella Genio light to my Google home and it’s not working. I go through the whole process and link both accounts, but then the light just doesn’t show up on the Google home app?? 

this is my second Mirabella Genio light and the first one connected perfectly so I’m not sure what the problem now is

Hello! Yes I have disconnected and reconnected the apps multiple times and still doesn’t work 😢

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, I have tried everything on your list... I am currently waiting on a reply from the manufacturer of the Mirabella Genio light.

Thanks for getting back to me and attempting the previous troubleshooting steps suggested. In this case, I recommend awaiting updates from the manufacturer of Mirabella Genio light to get more information. They should be able to provide you more details to get things working fine.
