My nest settings keeps getting changed

Hello,

I got ADT package that typically came with Nest Aware as advertised. I kept having my account logged into and settings changed. I reported this several times to both nest aware and ADT. My nest aware all of a sudden disappeared and when I called, I was told I would be charged $8/month. 

Now I see that my settings keep getting changed and video history keeps getting turned off and my history is getting deleted even before the default 3 hours' time limit.

This is not right, and I am wondering if anyone else is having this issue. Why are my settings constantly changing on my devices, and why did my nest aware subscription vanish all of a sudden.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience that you’ve been experiencing with your Nest Aware. I understand that it stopped working some time ago and then you renewed it, but after that, your cameras are still not able to save the video history for more than 3 hours. No worries; help is here. In order to give you the correct information, I have a few steps for you that will help us to get more information about the situation.

  • Please check that you are logged in to the correct account.
  • Check if the video history has the same behavior on the Google Home web app.
  • If the issue still persists there. Then please check the Google Store and check if the subscription is attached to the correct home structure (you can check the name of the home structure where you have your cameras on the Google Home App in the Favorites tab at the top left).

Tell me how it goes and tell me the information that you get.
