My same camera thinks it belongs to someone else.

I have had my camera for a few years now. Moved them to a different home. Tried logging into my Nest app and it wanted me to migrate it to google. I thought I did that, but now I cannot access my cameras as it thinks they belong to someone else. I can’t access nest app to delete the cameras. It doesn’t recognize me at all. HELP!

Hi there,

I apologize for my late response and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I understand how frustrating your situation must be, and I would love to help however I can. I would suggest that you check out this article on migrating accounts, and it has some troubleshooting steps. It sounds to me like the migration process initiated, but maybe it was not done correctly. I cannot assist you with this issue I am afraid. I would suggest that if you cannot fix this via the help article, you should reach out to Support

Best Regards,
Brad
