Nest App

The Nest App worked perfectly for 2 or more years, but now has locked me out.

It says password is incorrect - but it is not !! I tried the 'forgotten password' approach, but no email received.

It is not in Spam and my email provider confirms an email has not been received from account@nest.com.

I called the help line on 0808-169-2307, who told me I had a gmail address, but I have never used that.

I logged in to my gmail account, and spookily no emails for forgotten password are there either !!

I have now reset my thermosat, which is working, but has now deleted my previous shedule, so no heating controls !!!

Help please

I understand that these issues can be confusing but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help.
