Nest Cam with Floodlight: How to create a new account and delete an old account.

Can you help me to setup new account and delete my old account? Can I call you to help me we don’t know much about  I need to talk a person     Thank you

@Mhjsiak9876, thanks for reaching out. I wanted to check if you still need assistance with Nest Aware. Have you had a chance to connect to the support team as suggested by MplsCustomer above? If yes, how was it?

 

If you weren’t able to reach the support team yet, I’d love to help you with this. 

 

You can follow these instructions to create a Google Account. To delete your old account, check out the guides below:

 

If you sign in with a Google Account.

 

If you have an existing, non-migrated Nest account.

 

  1. Sign in to your account using a phone, tablet, or computer.
  2. Tap Settings Nest settings icon.
  3. Select Account and then Manage Account.
  4. Tap Delete Account, then confirm that you'd like to delete your account.
  5. You'll receive an email from account@nest.com. Read the entire email, then click the provided link to finish the account deletion process.
