Hi - I moved country and have taken my Nest Protect products with me… they were registered to a phone where I used to live… fast forward a few months and having put up Nest Protect in my current home, I now can’t access the app because the verification code is being sent to the number I no longer own or have access to.
Any help gratefully received!
(The call to Google’s helpdesk didn’t yield any solution - they said there isn’t a team that updates account details… baffling and frustrating… hopefully this channel is more fruitful)
