Hello,
How do I change an account on a Nest thermostat. I did reset and nothing happened. I moved in two years ago. I noticed in the middle of the night the thermostat drops significantly every night. Instead of me having to get up at night and adjust I’d rather adjust on my phone. I have an infant and I notice when his room temperature drops on the monitor, I do have the nest app. I have other devices hooked. Tried to connect the nest but can’t don’t even know what model it is to be honest. 😫

We don't have a Nest thermostat, but perhaps Google Nest's moving guide could give you some ideas. Usually, I think the previous customer needs to remove the Google Nest device from their Google Nest app or Google Home app first.
