I bought a new phone and I transfered all my apps to my new phone. Now when I log in to the nest app, none of my devices are there.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the nest app and still no devices.
HELP!

If you are logging into the Google Nest app on your new phone with the same username and password you were using on your old phone, and are accessing the same Google Nest "home/structure", you should see all of the same devices in that same Google Nest "home/structure".

I have done exactly as you are saying and nothing. I'm not using google home. I am using the Nest App.

I understand that; I referred to the Google Nest app. The Google Nest app also has "homes/structures".

In our household, we have upgraded phones a couple of times, and had to do nothing more than log onto the Google Nest app on the new phone using the exact same username and password used to log into the Google Nest app on the old phone, and access the same Google Nest "home/structure" we were previously accessing (we have only one).
I cannot think of any reason other than an incorrect login that would cause you to not have access to your Google Nest devices in your Google Nest "home/structure".
But you could try contacting Support:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.

I figured out my problem. I kept logging in to the app using my nest login. I then took a chance and logged in with my google login and every thing is back to normal.
Just for an explanation of my initial concerns. I was worried that if I logged in with the google account, I would ultimately be migrating my devices. I did NOT want to do that.

Hello @Leibel,
Thanks for posting in the community.
That's great to hear that logging in with your Google account resolved the issue! It's a common misconception that switching accounts might migrate devices. Thank you for your effort. In this case, I would like to know if you still need my help or if everything is fixed.
If you encounter any further problems, please don't hesitate to reach out. I'm here to assist you.
Regards,
Jorge
