Nest app keeps loading

Hi.

Used home app for year and recently it stopped working. I reinstalled app but now when trying to open it it is stuck on loading forever. I cleared catch, checked all permissions. All looks good but still no change.

Any idea?

• Is the issue specific to the Nest app, the Google Home app, or both?
• Did you update your phone's software before the issue started?
• Does the app load on a different mobile device when signed into the same account?
• Are you trying to open the app while connected to a different Wi-Fi network or using cellular data?
