Nest app on iOS keeps logging me out—any solution?

Hi everyone, I’m having an issue with the Nest app on iOS—it keeps logging me out randomly, even after I’ve logged in multiple times. I'm using the latest version of the app on an iPhone with up-to-date iOS. It’s frustrating to keep signing back in, especially when trying to access my Nest devices quickly. Has anyone else experienced this or found a fix? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I appreciate that you've already performed some troubleshooting steps. To help me gather more information, please answer the following questions:

  • What model of Nest devices do you have?

  • What is the make and model of your iOS device?

  • When did the trouble first occur?

  • Have you attempted to log in from a different device? If so, did you encounter the same problem??
