Nest camera no longer accesible

I can no longer log into my Nest App as I do not use gmail, have not yet migrated my account.  When I login Nest is supposed to send an authentification code to my email but it never comes.

Thanks for posting here in the community. I'm sorry to hear you can no longer log into the Nest App and didn't receive the authentification code to your email. I'm happy to help!

In the meantime, let's check a few tips:

  • Check Spam/Junk Folders: Even if you've checked before, double-check your spam or junk email folders. Sometimes, automated emails get filtered incorrectly.
  • Verify Email Address: Ensure you're entering the correct email address when attempting to log in. A typo can prevent the code from being sent.
