I can only get 1 of 2 nest outdoor (battery) cameras to connect to wifi

What happens when you try? Have you tried temporarily locating the camera close to your nearest Wi-Fi access point to see if the location makes a difference? Is the camera's battery charged?

this happened to me out in the field I was installing for a customer and the camera wouldn't connect I ended up calling support 800 number couldn't get it going we ended up replacing that camera and boom started working.

The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to restart your device. This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally.
