this happened to me out in the field I was installing for a customer and the camera wouldn't connect I ended up calling support 800 number couldn't get it going we ended up replacing that camera and boom started working.

remove router from the home app then i would factory reset the router, then download again on app

guys im using home.nest.com and i can see all my Nest Cams Nest Wired doorbell 2 max Hubs

This worked for my two google max hubs.
