Nest not showing any devices on my new s22 phone for either of my locations

I can still see the locations and devices on my Nest account on my old s7 phone using wifi, but the Nest app on my S22 shows the locations but no devices for the locations.  How can I get my new s22 phone to show my Nest devices?

Thanks for reaching out to the Community. Help’s here! Let’s try the troubleshooting steps below:

1. Check for Android system updates on your mobile device and install them if there’s any.
2. Uninstall the Nest app.
3. Restart the mobile device.
4. Reinstall the Nest app and login with the same credentials from the old phone.
