Nest pro is connected to new router and working but Smart lights from a third part app are showing offline in google home App after new router installed

Hi MelK1,

 

Thanks for posting. I'm sorry to hear that your Smart Lights are offline on the Google Home app. But don't worry, I can help. In this case we have to unlink the Smart Lights and then add it again as it might resolve the issue. 

 

Here are the steps:

 

​Unlink your lights from speaker or display

  1. Open the Google Home app .
  2. Tap Favorites  or Devices 
  3. Tap and hold your device's tile.
  4. At the top right, tap Settings > Remove device > Remove.

And here you have the steps to add it again your Smart Lights to the app:

 

Connect smart home devices in the Google Home app

  1. Open the Google Home app.
  2. Tap Devices  > Add > Works with Google Home.
  3. Select the device maker from the list.
  4. To complete the setup, follow the in-app steps.
