Hi everyone. I recently bought a nest x yale lock and tried to connect it to the nest app. We get through the installation process and the lock says it’s connected to the app but it never shows up, or the app crashes. Now I can’t get into nest on my own phone I had to use another family members. Why does the app constantly crash? I’ve deleted it and re downloaded and restarted my phone but no matter what it won’t work.

Would you mind sharing with me what operating system your phone is running? Is it iOS or Android? Have you tried performing the installation on a different device, such as as tablet or a backup phone? If so, do you run into the same problems?
