New home setup.

I have recently purchased a home with:

- Nest Learning Thermostats x 3 (independent zones)

- Nest connect

- Yale Nest door lock

I brought my prior Google Mesh WiFi system. 

after successfully setting up my Wi-Fi, I am trying to setup Google Home and Nest App. I have managed to connect a single Thermostat to my app. Getting error messages with the connections repeatedly. (I think code NA0013) There is wired router and mesh hubs on each floor with strong signal. I have factory reset the Thermostats (?and Nest Connect) to no avail. Have moved connect closer to router and closer to thermostat. Didn’t help. 
One of the thermostats won’t even see the Wi-Fi signal which is strong.
