No home notifications on Motorola RAZR ultra 60

Using latest update versions of Android OS and G home app on Motorola RAZR ultra 60 but not getting notifications e.g. From Google doorbell. So doorbell now useless. I know the problem is not with the doorbell because still get the notifications on my old Google pixel 8 pro! 

I've tried all the hacks on the internet like adjusting the settings in my phone. Clearing the G home app cache etc but no dice 😭

  • What model of Google Doorbell do you have? (Here is an important article that can help identify your Google Doorbell).
  • Is your Google Doorbell in the Google Home app or the Nest app?
  • Are you signed into the correct account on your new phone?
  • Is the Airplane or Do Not Disturb mode turned on?
  • Is this situation constant or intermittent?
  • Is the doorbell detecting events?
  • Did you receive any push or email notifications?
