Notifications to new Pixel 9 Pro XL Phone not working

I have a floodlight cam monitored through Home app and a wired Nest doorbell through the Nest app.

I changed phones from Pixel 6 to Pixel 9 Pro XL this past week and I am only getting notifications from the doorbell camera and not the floodlight camera.

I have tried removing notifications and putting them back on, I have tried making it notify for everything everywhere and still nothing.

I still have my Pixel 6 (for the moment) and that is working as it should for both cameras.

Any ideas please?

 To provide you accurate troubleshooting steps, please help me out by answering these following questions:

  • Did you receive any notifications in the past?
  • Do you use email or push notifications?
  • Are there other family members who can access the camera? Do they receive any notifications?
  • Has the camera been moved recently?
  • Are there any activity zones set up for the camera?

Mysteriously a day after posting this they just started so maybe it was an app update or something but all as expected now.

Still getting the annoying your video is not available from time to time which lasts for several hours though.

Too much to ask to get that fixed I guess
