Problem connecting ewpe smart app devices with google home

Does anybody know why the devices connected through ewpe smart, don't connect with google home app?

Hi, I've realized Ewpe Smart works with Google home if you select europe as your region. I had southamerica as my region... Nothing worked. I've deleted my account AND created a new one as europe region (spain). Now i could connect my AC. Hope it's useful for you

i am just about to buy an AC from Toyotomi and they write in the manual that i have to use the ewpe smart home app to connect with google home.

But you say, this does not work at all?

In the beginning everything was normal. Recently, me and many other users can't use the app when we use our Mobile Data. The AC connects only through wi fi. This is a huge problem as you can understand. I suggest you choose other brand. The worst is that the ewpe app doesn't respond to our comments and there is no properly contact mail.

My local dealer still recommends me to buy a toyotomi a/c. I am really confused.. 

I don't know, which brand you have but surfing the web so far I could identify that theree are like 3 apps or services to use with that a/c.

1. Ewpe smart

2. Smart life

3. Toyotomi Home

Which one are you using?

I use ewpe smart because I couldn't connect the ACs with smart life. The other one I don't know. I brought them last year. They work very good, but those connection problems made me unhappy. However, you can try them because as ACs work very good and they consume less power.
