Remove my ex's device

I cant see my ex's device on my account but if I speak to my hub and say things like "turn off everything" then it tells me its turning off her tv. How can I remove my access to it?

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. You can definitely remove their access to your Home and devices. Please look here for more information on how to do just that. Please let me know if there is anything else I can assist you with.
