How do I change device owner?

I can't change device settings because it says I am not the device owner. However, in device recognition it says I am.

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. If you are not the account owner, or the owner of the Home then you wouldn't be able to make those changes unless you have been granted access. You can learn more here. Please let me know if you need further assistance.
