Hi Everyone,
I've used a Roku Sound Bar connected with Google Home for years. After the Roku Sound Bar got unplugged from its power source, it is now showing as "Offline" in the Google Home App.
Google Home and Roku both work independently (everything is functional), BUT I can't get them to work together anymore.
I've tried:
-unlinking Roku then relinking Roku to Google Home
-unplugging Google Home, unplugging the smart Roku Soundbar, restarting the Wifi
-deleting the Google Home app, then relinking Roku to Google Home
-can't get the devices to connect still
Does anyone have additional thoughts on what to try?
-wild that the Roku getting unplugged from it's power source is causing everything to not work anymore
-maybe I just need to give this time..or is there a known outage?
-I'm trying to avoid a factory reset of the Roku Soundbar
-thank you in advance for any help!

Hi santinopozzo,
Thanks for reaching out to our community.
I’m sorry to hear that your Roku Soundbar appears “offline” in the Google Home app since it got unplugged from the power source. Thank you for providing important information such as how you use your Roku Soundbar with your Google Home device and the troubleshooting steps you have tried to make them work together again. It is my pleasure to assist you with this concern.
Based on the information you provided me, I recommend contacting the Roku Soundbar manufacturer directly. They can help determine if the inconvenience is hardware-related or software-based and provide tailored guidance.
Please let me know if you need further assistance.
Regards,
