Roku device linked but shows "Something went wrong"

New Roku TV just linked through Home App, the other 2 Smaller Roku TVs work, but the New 4k HD QLED Roku Links but says it's off in the Home App and only says "Something Went Wrong" when pressing a button.   The New TV works with a Google Play App installed on my phone and with the python app I wrote, so it's not a TV side issue or a setting.  Neither of the Google Nest Hubs can control that TV either, it shows it there but same issue, "Something went wrong."

So, how to fix this?

Hi Kogije,

This is not the experience we want you to have, let me help you. A few questions: which Nest speakers are we working with? Is it a Nest Hub or Nest Hub 2nd Gen?

Are all your devices on the same Wi-Fi network, under the same Wi-Fi frequency?

It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first:

  1. Unplug the power cord of your router, followed by your Nest speakers then your TV’s.
  2. Plug them back in after 3 minutes.
  3. Restarting your phone might also help.

I suggest that all devices should be on the 2.4 GHz.

Keep me posted.

Best,

Dan
