Hi,
I recently had to purchase a new router due to an issue with Xfinity and our internet connection. In setting up the new router, I used the same network/SSID name and password as the old router. Since connecting the new router, I've had issues with my Nest app's connectivity to the thermostat. The thermostat itself is connected to the WiFi network and has not exhibited any issues.
The app will occasionally connect, but more often than not, it shows OFFLINE. I've already tried restarting the thermostat and removing the thermostat from the app. Both resulted in the connection coming back for a short time, but the issue persists.
Thermostat is a Nest Thermostat E, 1st generation, and phone is on iOS 16.3.1.

This solution worked for me - guess the thermostat needed the WiFi password entered again even though it wasn't changed.
