Routines can't be loaded

I have been having an issue for over a week now where my routines option in Google home will not load staying I need to check my internet. I have reset my router and google wifi, power cycled my phone, even removed google home and added it back and nothing seems to work from what I have found on the internet.

Cannot unlink services (couldn't load provider information) and cannot create routines as it gives a registration error as well.

I am at a loss here and now no routines I had running for well over a year with no issue are no longer working.

Hey there,

I wanted to follow up and see if I could be of any help. I found an article that has more details on Routines. Please let me know if you are still having any trouble from here, as I would be happy to take a closer look and assist you further.

Best regards,
Jake

Jake,

Thank you for responding, however I have had to reach out to Google support and found there is a bug that is affecting my account and it has not only failed to allow my Google home to work, but also connecting to third party devices that Works with Google and my Google Assistant. I am awaiting for Google support to figure out where this issue with my account is at this time. So currently I am dead in the water with most of my Home automation as well as any access to Google Assistant.

I have the same issue, any update on getting it fixed?

Nothing yet. I am still getting the error. I had already gone through all the troubleshooting the web has to offer. I have factory reset my phone, my google wifi, restarted my router, removed my Home from google home and added it back with most of everything back. I now can no longer add anything that "Works with google" anymore, I have issues with google assistant as well. I think they pushed an updated and it literally broke everything. The amount of money spent on a smart home has now drizzled down to just google products and no support for anything else. I will most likely have to reach out to support again and start a new case, let them know of my troubleshooting steps again, go through the hoops again to get told they cannot figure out what the issue is.
