Hi, I still have issues linking my Google Nest Doorbell to SmartThings.
I purchased a new Google Nest Doorbell (battery), not the old nest hello doorbell.. and want to integrate it with SmartThings but when, in SmartThings I go to add a Google Nest device, I select the device from the list of products, , then it tries to link to nest services and a message says "it looks like you don't have a device supported by Samsung SmartThings", yet the step prior, the device was available in SmartThings to choose from and it's the nest integration that doesn't work. I had to register with nest in order to setup the device from memory but the cameras are only available in the Home app.
Super frustrating.

Hi,
My understanding is that the wired doorbell was able to integrate to the Smartthings environment but the battery Nest doorbell does not.

Hi,
I’m having the same issue.
I have 2 wired outdoor Nest cameras, and Google is not supporting their integration to SmartThings. (According to some other posts I’ve read).
Google please prioritise and resolve this - it’s a bit ridiculous - especially as the integration used to work under the Nest app.
Please advise thanks

I am afraid that if you have the wired doorbell, it is not compatible with smartthings. I can send in the feedback for you, but I cannot make any changes I'm afraid.
Best regards,
Brad
