Smart Outlets Suddenly Offline

djk3in00

I have a handful of Smart Outlets connected to fans.  The rest are Smart Light Bulbs and Lighting Strips.  All have been working seamlessly for some time, up until the past few weeks.  Google Assistant won't recognize the Smart Outlets anymore.  No adjustments or changes to settings on my end.  I have tried unlinking and deleting the Smart Life app.  Reinstalled everything.  Smart Lights are all working as usual, but the Smart Outlets show as being Offline in Google Home app.  I can still control them with Smart Life, but they do appear to be glitchy and don't respond immediately.  They take a second or two to load up before I can turn them off and on.  I have checked firmware on the Outlets but all are up to date.  What could be the issue here?  Does anyone have ideas I can explore to get this fixed?  Thank you.

Hello djk3in00,

Thanks for posting. We'd love to help.

Please try to delete and reset the smart outlets before you set them up again in the SmartLife app. After that, link them back to the Google Home app. You can also try renaming the outlets and then inform me if it now works or not.

Keep me in the loop.

Cheers,
Lovely
