Speaker Group

Ive tried to include my Nest Hub in a speaker group, but I don't have the option? Ideas?

Hi Sweet_T,

 

This is not the experience we want you to have; let me help you. A few questions: which Nest speakers are we working with? Is it a Nest Hub or Nest Hub (2nd Gen)? When did your issue begin? Were there any recent changes made? Is there an error message

 

It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first: 

 

  1. Unplug the power cord of your router, followed by your Nest speakers.
  2. Plug them back in after 3 minutes.
  3. Restarting your phone might also help.
  4. Make sure all devices are on the same Wi-Fi network.
